House Rules
To ensure the safety, comfort, and public nature of our accommodation, all guests are required to follow the rules below in accordance with Article 10 of our Accommodation Terms.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the accommodation contract under Article 6.
(1) Do not use guest rooms for purposes other than lodging without permission.
(2) Do not sublet or transfer the guest room without permission.
(3) Do not use guest rooms or any part of the facility as an office or business location.
(4) Do not use heating, cooking, or other fire-producing devices such as irons inside the facility, except for equipment provided by the inn for guest use.
(5) To prevent fire hazards, do not smoke inside the building except in designated smoking areas.
(6) Do not engage in loud singing, shouting, or disruptive behavior that may disturb or annoy other guests.
(7) Do not bring the following items into the facility:

(a) Animals or pets without permission

(b) Items with strong or offensive odors

(c) Excessively large quantities of goods

(d) Explosives, volatile oils, or other flammable materials

(e) Firearms, swords, drugs, or other prohibited items

(f) Any items deemed by the inn to compromise guest safety or comfort
(8) Do not engage in gambling or any activities that violate public morals.
(9) Do not invite non-registered guests into your room.
(10) Do not use facility equipment or items for purposes other than their intended use.
(11) Do not remove facility equipment or items from the premises or move them to other locations.
(12) Do not attach objects to the building or move facility fixtures without permission.
(13) Do not display items on windows or other areas that may harm the appearance of the building.
(14) Do not distribute advertisements, sell goods, or solicit donations or signatures inside the building.
(15) Do not leave shoes or personal belongings in hallways, lobbies, or other common areas.
(16) Do not bring food or beverages into guest rooms without permission. Even for items purchased by guests, excessive quantities or inappropriate items are prohibited. Additionally, ordering outside food delivery without permission is not allowed.
(17) If you wish to change the number of nights of your stay, please inform our staff in advance.
(18) If you wish to extend your stay, please pay the additional accommodation fee at the time of the extension request.
(19) Intoxicated guests are not permitted to use the large public bath or the in-room bath.
(20) Breakfast must be eaten in the location designated by the inn.
(21) Do not leave valuables or expensive items in the guest room; please carry them with you at all times.
(22) Accommodation fees will not be discounted or refunded regardless of whether the room is used.
(23) The following individuals or groups are not permitted to use any part of the facility:

(a) Members or associates of organized crime groups or other antisocial forces as defined under the “Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members”

(b) Individuals belonging to corporations or organizations controlled by antisocial forces

(c) Individuals who have engaged in violence, threats, coercion, or similar improper conduct
-
(d) Individuals who, due to mental disorder or substance use, cannot ensure their own safety or may cause danger, fear, or anxiety to other guests
-
(e) Individuals who fail to comply with these rules even after receiving a warning from the inn
